“By Patience, the Soul Finds Its Course”
It has now been nearly two weeks since my promotion to Draconari Legionaire within Societas Imperialis Sceptri Coronaeque. In that short time, I have already made several journeys into the Syndicate region, lending my hand to the work of our mining fleets.
The experience has been both humbling and instructive. Mining in the frontier reaches of NullSec is no simple labor—it demands vigilance, patience, and above all, cooperation. In speaking with others who have long endured those dangers, I have begun to learn what is truly required to survive and thrive so far from the safety of Empire space.
While I was fortunate enough to secure a Covetor through an available contract in the Syndicate region, I have not yet been able to find a suitable vessel for running security missions. This leaves me with a choice: to remain patient and wait for an opportunity to arise on local contracts, or to risk the perilous task of ferrying a ship from HighSec into Null.
Each trip to Syndicate has carried both risk and reward, and in those fleeting moments of quiet—when the asteroids yield their riches and the fleet works as one—I find a measure of peace that reminds me why this path is worth walking. Yet even in peace, the question lingers: do I wait for providence to provide, or do I test my fortune by reaching back into the heart of Empire space?
